Petrol stations:

Mobile petrol dispensers have been developed for storing and selling by the litre petrol (gas oil), and to supply with the necessary petrol machines used and run by farms, transport and other companies. Production is carried out using materials according to the relevant rules and regulations in force. These are overground, double-skinned petrol tanks (double-skinned, or simple-skinned supplied with damage saving space) which have separated mechanical and electrical equipment for filling, storing and controlled dispensing of petrol.

Main components of petrol stations:

• double-skinned vessel (storing tank): for storing petrol
• mechanics: with control and indicator components
• sucking pump (not necessary in every case): for filling up tank with petrol
• drawing position: for dispensing petrol in a controlled way
• repair scaffolding (ladder): for servicing tank
• electric power-box: assures power supply of electric components

Power supply unit:

Power-supply apparatus (3 PEN, 230 V/400 V, 50Hz, TN-S) and main switch can be found on the outside switch-panel. All electric appliances are carried out to be explosion-proof, and have adequate certificate of it issued by examining laboratory.

Putting it together:

Mobile petrol dispenser is easy to put together and put into operation. You should set up accessories on tank placed on a well arranged concrete flat. Fire-extinguisher and fire-extinguisher sand shall be placed. You shall ground tank according to electric security prescriptions. Network has to be connected with main switch and after controlling electric device (from the point of view of protection against electric shock) you can put tank into operation.
